Our Christmas Party is always one of the highlights of the PCE calendar — a chance to come together in style, enjoy fine dining and entertainment, and celebrate another fantastic year with friends. This year, we’re planning something extra special: a glamorous Christmas Ball at one of three luxury venues currently under consideration.  We cannot confirm fully until we know the final numbers, but in order of preference we have:

Wherever we land, you can expect a full festive experience: a beautiful setting, a sparkling drinks reception, a delicious multi-course Christmas dinner, and dancing late into the night. Optional overnight stays will also be available at exclusive discounted rates for our group, so you can relax and enjoy the night to the fullest.

• Reserve your place now with a £25 deposit per person.

• Once we finalise the venue and price, you’ll have 48 hours to confirm your attendance.

• If you’re not happy with the final price, your deposit will be refunded in full.

• Once you confirm your place after the venue announcement, the deposit becomes non-refundable and will be deducted from your balance.
