🚗 Performance Car Exclusive Presents: Brecon Beacons & South West Wales Driving Weekend 🏞️🌊

Prepare for a weekend of spectacular scenery, flowing tarmac, and high-octane exploration as we take on the very best that South Wales and the Brecon Beacons have to offer. This two-day Performance Car Exclusive experience blends the freedom of the open road with the camaraderie of like-minded drivers—all set against a dramatic and rugged landscape that feels built for machines like ours.

On Saturday, we depart from Ross-on-Wye, heading deep into the heart of the Brecon Beacons. The morning unfolds across sweeping national park roads, vast open moorland, and thrilling elevation changes as we make our way south. This route has been designed to let the cars breathe—clean lines, long curves, and quiet stretches that reward confident driving. By afternoon, we descend toward the outskirts of Newport where a warm welcome and secure overnight accommodation await. Hotel details will be shared directly with confirmed members.

Sunday brings a fresh burst of Welsh magic. We head west along the South Wales coast, hunting down the most rewarding roads in the region—remote, scenic, and filled with variety. From cliff-hugging B-roads to fast rural straights and charming villages, this route captures the essence of Wales in motion. We’ll stop for a relaxed lunch in a carefully selected location, then continue our journey northward, finishing the day just outside Shropshire.

This event is about rhythm, pace, and presence—a flowing weekend built around the joys of the road and the love of performance. Whether you're joining us in a V10 exotic or a finely tuned GT, every mile will feel like a reward. With two days of unforgettable driving, beautiful overnight surroundings, and our usual touches of exclusivity, this is a club event not to miss.

🏨 Friday Evening – Optional Hotel Stay 

We will suggest a hotel close to the starting point for Friday evening for anyone who wants to attend this.  We will reserve a small number of rooms should you wish to stay over - details can be provided closer to the time.

🏁 Saturday – Brecon Beacons Mountain Roads Drive

🚀 Departure: 9:30 AM

Saturday morning will take us across the legendary driving roads of the Brecon Beacons, including:
✅ Black Mountain Pass – One of the UK’s greatest driver’s roads, with epic twists and elevation changes.
✅ Brecon Beacons National Park – Stunning open roads with breathtaking views.
✅ Llyn Brianne Reservoir – A hidden gem of winding roads and serene lakeside scenery.
✅ Light Lunch – A stop for a light lunch along the route to save space for our lovely evening meal

🌿 Saturday Evening – Hotel and Group Dinner

🍸 Group Drinks & Dinner – Join us for a relaxed evening social at the hotel, with a £50 PER PERSON meal/drinks allowance.

🌊 Sunday – South West Wales Coastal Drive & Sunday Lunch

🚀 Departure: 9:30 AM

Sunday’s drive takes us towards South West Wales, featuring:
✅ Elan Valley & Aberystwyth – A stunning mix of lakes, reservoirs, and winding country roads.
✅ Pembrokeshire Coast Drive – Enjoy incredible sea views on the way to our lunch stop.
✅ Llandeilo & Carmarthenshire Roads – Smooth, open routes perfect for stretching the legs of our cars.

🍽 Sunday Lunch Stop (~1:30 PM) – A hand-picked venue offering outstanding local cuisine to round off the weekend in style.

🏁 Finish: Around 5:00 PM close to Shropshire
